From Connecticut or New York via I-95

• Take Exit 19 (marked "Playland Parkway") from either direction.
• First exit off Playland Parkway is marked "Rye-Harrison" - exit here bearing right. Turn right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp.
• Proceed to Traffic Light, turn right onto Theodore Fremd Avenue.
• Go to first Traffic Light on Theodore Fremd Avenue, and turn left onto North Street.
• Take the 2nd right onto Maple Avenue.
• At the first Stop Sign turn left (this street is two-way) onto High Street. Our office is at the corner of High and Maple.
• The 2nd left off High Street is our Parking Lot.
• Entrance to our office is also on High Street.

From I-287 (the Cross Westchester Parkway traveling from the west)

Reach I-287 from: (1) Saw Mill Parkway or Taconic Parkway (both south-bound) via the Sprain Brook Parkway, (2) Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 8 to I-287

Reach the Hutchinson River Parkway directly from (1) Route 684 southbound which has an exit onto the HRParkway, and (2) the Merritt Parkway becomes the Hutchinson River Parkway at the border of Connecticut and NYState.

• Go East on I-287 to the Hutchinson River Parkway.
• Go South on the Hutchinson River Parkway
• Exit the Parkway at Exit #25
• Turn Left off the Exit and follow this road for approximately 3-5 minutes.
• Note St. Vincent's Hospital on your left.
• At the Traffic Light immediately following the hospital, turn left onto North Street (Signage indicates "Rye")
• Continue east along North Street for one mile
• Turn left onto Maple Avenue
• At the first Stop Sign turn left onto High Street. Our office is at the corner of High and Maple.
• Our Parking Lot and Patient Entrance are both off High Street.

From Hutchinson River Parkway going North

• Exit the Parkway at Exit #25
• Turn Right off the Exit and follow this road for approximately 3-5 minutes.
• Note St. Vincent's Hospital on your left.
• At the Traffic Light immediately following the hospital, turn left onto North Street (Signage indicates "Rye")
• Continue east along North Street for one mile
• Turn left onto Maple Avenue
• At the first Stop Sign turn left onto High Street. Our office is at the corner of High and Maple.
• Our Parking Lot and Patient Entrance are both off High Street.

• Take the New Haven Line to the Rye Railroad Station.
• Take a cab to our office from there. Cabs are readily available at the station, and the ride to our office is approximately 3-5 minutes.
